Shipping Policy

All Reman Transmissions Are Built To Order.
Our approximate handling time on Reman Transmissions is 10-15 business before item is Shipped or Available for Pick Up.
Transmissions are shipped LTL Freight to any commercial address provided or Shipped to closest LTL Center for pick Up. 
Include the business name and address at time of purchase and specify that it is a business on commercial property.
WE MUST HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER - your transmission will NOT be shipped until we have your telephone number.
Transmissions that are picked up at the terminal must be picked up within 5 business days.
You can't leave transmissions there indefinitely, the shipping company will return them to us.
If there is a delay, call the terminal and make arrangements. They will work with you. Otherwise you are responsible for an additional shipping fee. 
Please inspect the item before accepting delivery. 
Any Damages Must Be Noted and Photographed At Delivery. 
Missing Items Must Be Reported Within (10) ten Days.
Refused deliveries not due to damage are liable for a restocking fee.
All Shipping fees are non refundable.

REFUNDS-RETURNS

Customer is entitled to refund on stock units only. 
Special order units are non-refundable unless there is evidence of a problem internally with the part. 
Customer has right to return product within 30 days and is entitled to full refund, less 25% restocking fee, upon successful return of product in its original condition.
No refund for missing items, misrepresentation of product.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
Transmission warranty is not transferable unless prior authorization is granted and noted on your invoice.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Website has been completed using our best efforts. We assume no liability for errors contained herein. 
Our policy is nationwide guarantee – anywhere in the intercontinental US should the transmission fail or have difficulty 
call into our office at 727-868-9462 and ask to speak to our warranty/technical department. 
We will repair or replace the product whichever is necessary. 
Warranty is for the Part only, doesn’t cover labor to repair or replace, or fluids, no storage fees, no rental reimbursement, no fluids or shipping fees.
Be prepared to answer certain questions related to the transmission such as check fluid level to make sure its full and no leaks. Check fluid condition to determine if it either appears burnt or smells burnt. If there is a check engine light have vehicle scanned and write down any codes. This will prepare you for a much quicker result pertaining to your claim.
Transmission depot Inc 2 Year Warranty is a PART ONLY WARRANTY. 
That specifically means we will cover the parts from the case within to repair the component, or provide a replacement product. 
We do not cover labor to Remove and Replace the transmission, diagnosis, no rental reimbursement, storage fees, Fluids, Shipping and handling. 

Specifically in the event of a failure customer should call into the office to start a warranty claim. 
Customer is responsible to pay the freight which averages around $199-$299 each way. 
Certain year specific or non-stock transmissions, including Stage 1-3 Builds, require us to pick up for inspection and warranty replace.
There is no implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. 
Transmission Depot Inc's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of its products


CORE RETURN POLICY
Drivers and carriers are instructed not to pick up a returned core unless there is prior approval and both the complete unit core and converter core are drained. 
A Return Authorization is required for customer identification purposes. 
These instructions must be followed to insure a quick and complete refund:
The core must be fully assembled; any disassembled returned core will only be granted partial core refund, as per the schedule below. 
The returned core must be the identical part number as what was furnished. 
A non-identical returned core is subject to a 100% charge (0% refund).
The torque converter must be returned with the transmission core and must be the identical part number as what was furnished. Must use straps to secure.
 
  • Incorrect core returned NO CREDIT 
  • Unit returned disassembled 50% of original value
  • Missing torque converter 25% of original core value
  • Broken/Damaged Case NO CREDIT
  • FWD units with blown differentials 80% of original core value
  • Core returns delayed over 30days 25% of original core value
  • Fluid not drained from unit or converter $175.00 deducted of core refund.

  • **Mandatory Core Returns: When applicable there are mandatory core returns. No Core Return will forfeit any warranty with Transmission Depot. Please contact us immediately in these circumstances.
